Mediation Schedule

Full Day Session (Lunch provided)

• 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Half-Day Session – Morning

• 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Half-Day Session - Afternoon

• 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Two Hour Session – Morning

• 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Two Hour Session – Afternoon

• 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Two Hour Session - Late afternoon

• 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Mediation Fees

Rates are based on $150.00 per hour per party and if session extends longer than scheduled time each party will be charged additional $150.00 per additional hour.

Alan is committed to working on the case throughout the evening and continue to work with the parties following the session to resolve their dispute.

The usual mediation fee is stated on a “per party” basis. The number of parties is determined by counting all parties represented by the same counsel as one party. Additionally, if one party is represented by multiple attorneys, that party is still considered as one party. Related parties, even with aligned interests, are considered as separate parties if they have separate counsel.
